Spring time at The Studio!



SATURDAY CLASSES 🙂

Summer is approaching and our weekends are getting busier,
therefore Saturday classes will now require you to sign up.

It will be super simple!
Text, email OR call me to sign up.
Please do this before Friday evening.
I will then message you to let you know if the class is running 🙂

RUNNING
PROGRAM 🙂

My running group begins Monday April 25th.
We will meet Mondays and Thursdays at 7:15pm at The Studio.
There is still time to SIGN UP!
This is the perfect program for people looking to begin running, set some goals and have the company of others for support.

This 6 week program costs: $120 (tax included)

MAY/JUNE
GROUP FITNESS

This session begins Monday May 2nd and runs for 8 weeks.

X1 class per week $115
X2 classes per week $200
X3 classes per week $245

The Around the Bay Road Race :)



The oldest road race in North America!

Last weekend, I ran this race in Hamilton, Ontario.

It was a cold and breezy morning but thankfully the sun came out!

This is the second time that I have run this race and I achieved a personal best 🙂

30km in 2hrs 36mins!

I’m truly enjoying my journey back into running!

This Sunday I completed a very hilly and a little chilly, half marathon on Limberlost rd. It was challenging but so rewarding! I was super pleased and surprised at my pretty decent time! The pictures above are of my running buddy which is one of the best friendships you can have! She ran with me through my last Km and took me through the finish line 🙂

The run was organized by a group of super amazing athletes called Muskoka Algonquin Runners.
