1 cup of uncooked quinoa
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of coconut
1 cup of nuts and dried fruit (I used cashews)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of almond butter (you could use PB)
3/4 cup of honey
1 tbsp of canola oil
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 9×13 pan.
Spread out quinoa and oats on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 mins
In saucepan combine salt, AB, honey and oil and bring to boil over a medium heat. Remove.
In a bowl mix oats, quinoa, coconut, nuts and dried fruit.
Add mixture from saucepan and mix.
Pour into baking dish, press down into pan and bake for 20mins
Allow to cool and then cut and serve.
*you can add all kinds of nuts, dried fruit or chocolate chips!
