Easy, Healthy, Delicious Granola!

Granola Recipe

Preheat oven to 300
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper


2 1/2 cups of oats
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of slivered almonds
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1/4 cup of salt

Melt 2 tbsp of coconut oil and mix with 1/3 cup of raw honey
Mix into the above
Spread the mixture onto the lined sheet and bake for 45 mins
Stir half way through
Let cool then……

Add cranberries, sultanas, figs, apricots, goji berries (1/3 cup of each)

Eat with warm almond milk or greek yogurt!
