Group Fitness Classes – Strength in Numbers

What better way is there to motivate yourself? Get together with people from all fitness levels and ages with the same goal in mind. Health, well being, and fitness.
It can be intimidating to take group classes at a gym. Plus, which class do you take? Spin Class, Step Class, Yoga, Zoomba, the list goes on.
I taught class at gym facilities and have taken my knowledge one step further. I also offer modifications to each exercise for those wanting to train harder or needing to take it down a notch.

My goal is to motivate, energize, and keep you coming back. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not easy – nothing worth while ever is, but it is rewarding. Like minded individuals working towards improving their health and fitness empower each other without even realizing it.

Drop in classes: 10 classes for just $115* – For Saturdays ONLY – every Saturday @ 9 am

Individual classes: $15/class (drop in only)
