People underestimate the importance of food.

Proper nutrition is as important if not more so than regular exercise. Food should be enjoyed, but it should be viewed as needed fuel for your body to get YOU through the day. My job is to support YOU through well planned nutritional programs, education, and choices. Knowing when to eat, how much to eat, and what to eat sound simple enough – right? Wrong. It takes time, commitment and careful planning to adapt and change your eating habits into a healthy lifestyle.

  • Dieting does not work long term.
  • Dieting signals your body to store fat.
  • You NEED calories and healthy fats.

If your goal is to lose weight or promote a healthy digestive system, you should eat 6 small meals a day.

Here is a sample daily food plan:

  • Meal 1 - Oatmeal w. Greek yogurt and blueberries
  • Meal 2 - Apple with almond/peanut butter
  • Meal 3 - Tuna Ezekiel wrap with humus, cucumbers, peppers
  • Meal 4 - cottage cheese with carrot sticks
  • Meal 5 - BBQ chicken, asparagus with sweet potato mash

All of my personalized nutrition plans are adaptable to vegan, vegetarian, gluten free lifestyles. If there is a food you do not like, I will substitute it with something you do.

No more excuses! Even your spouse and children will enjoy eating lighter, healthier meals. Gone are the days of eating huge meals. YOU will feel satiated through the day, have more energy and can say good bye to feeling bloated, sluggish and tired.

Oh, and did I mention water... Did you know that 80% of people are Chronically Dehydrated. It's true! Even if you're not used to drinking water, give it a try. Start small, but regular and gradually drink more. Your body will thank you for it.
