Here is a sample daily food plan:
- Meal 1 - Oatmeal w. Greek yogurt and blueberries
- Meal 2 - Apple with almond/peanut butter
- Meal 3 - Tuna Ezekiel wrap with humus, cucumbers, peppers
- Meal 4 - cottage cheese with carrot sticks
- Meal 5 - BBQ chicken, asparagus with sweet potato mash
All of my personalized nutrition plans are adaptable to vegan, vegetarian, gluten free lifestyles. If there is a food you do not like, I will substitute it with something you do.
