My goal is to motivate, energize, and keep you coming back. Don't get me wrong, it's not easy - nothing worth while ever is, but it is rewarding. Like minded individuals working towards improving their health and fitness empower each other without even realizing it.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain! Our group fitness classes are 1 full hour of high energy and are geared towards building core strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Drop in classes: $20 per class OR 10 classes for $135 (2-3 month expiry)
Individual classes: $20/class (drop in only)
Pre-registered classes: 8 week sessions, starting at only $125
